DPA


Welcome to Daily Physical Activity and Wellness with Mrs. McMillan. 


  • I am very excited that I get to share with you one of my passions and that is Physical Education. As many of you know, I love sports, activity and some healthy competition. 
  • Each day you will receive instruction on an activity, game or workout as well as a small challenge. These activities are meant to be done as a family, in and around your home. 
  • During these times of uncertainty it is very important to maintain and focus on our mental and physical health.
  • Although you will only be receiving 2 DPA instructions each week, please know that it is important to be active each and every day. You can re-use these lessons or come up with your own. 
  • I welcome your ideas and challenges and look forward to allowing you some time to get up and get moving!!
  • Please have access to an activity journal or fitness log. You can create your own or print one off.
